On a quick lunchtime shopping sweep last week, I headed into Uniqlo’s Flagship store in New York and found this very affordable and adorably simple pleated skirt (hint: it comes in more colors than the one shown below)!

Mint green and coral are two of my favorite summer color combinations so I decided to put them together but added the neutrals so the green and coral aren’t overpowered by another color. You can mix and match different colors with this skirt – try yellow or bright royal blue to replace the coral! I tucked in the top but added a darker belt to separate the colors and to slim the waist too. Although I paired with nude peep toes, you can definitely add colorful pumps and sandals as well! The pleated skirt is a soft cotton and is just a fun flowy skirt to wear out!
