A witty, adventurous, athletic and spontaneous Southern California fashionista, Kristin, resides in the concrete jungle where dreams are made of, New York City.
As an U.S. Navy daughter (her father served 28 years), she was privileged to have traveled across the United States and overseas to Tokyo, Japan. By the time she graduated high school, she attended 11 different schools! Her cultured background has driven Kristin to be an Event Coordinator, a Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator, Business and Office Manager within the Government, Language Translation, Real Estate, and Financial industries. Don’t worry, she doesn’t suffer from ADHD, but rather she’s an opportunist. Kristin believes that one should never let any positive opportunity pass!
Currently, she works at a financial firm between the towering buildings of the Big Apple and owns a private franchising business that mentors others to develop their own businesses. Kristin takes on the world of fashion as a graduate student at San Francisco-based Academy of Art University studying in their MFA Fashion Merchandising Management and Journalism program.
A bonafine “tomboy” during her childhood and awkward high school years, Kristin’s “passion for fashion” led her here, her own soapbox to share her newfound love for fashion – Around the Hemline – and around the experiences that women encounter.
